Kingdom's labourer

Project Idea:
Since the start of the uprisings and revolutions in the Arab region in 2011, even till now; and after 10 years, still some of those Arab states suffer from social and economic influences. In spite of some being in the recovery phases, still the region is in desperate need of Divine Interventions.

And since Egypt was one of the few countries, that The Lord has favored with a wise leadership that transferred it to a totally different level; to the extent that it started helping other neighboring and non-neighboring countries. This is done by all means available.

One of those initiatives is devising cooperation agreements in the field reconstruction, which was already signed between Egypt on one hand; and Libya, Yemen and Iraq on the other hand. It is also expected that others will join in.

One of those initiatives was between Egypt and Libya; as a result, Egypt will send 2 million construction workers, technicians and engineers in all various fields. This step is expected to be repeated in Iraq and Yemen.

In other words, it is expected that nearly 5 million Egyptians to join the reconstruction efforts in the area, in the next few years.

Keeping in mind the usual demography context of Egypt, 15% of those joining those efforts should be Christians. Roughly 500 thousands Christian construction workers.

Our Initiative:
Reaching out to 2000 of the Christian workers with the Good News message of Christ the Savior and training them how to reach out to the locals of those countries. That is through a number of training events over 3 years and joining a discipleship groups for at least one year. Again, about 600 - 700 annually.

1st phase Plan (2022 – 2024)
1- Hold 26 events for almost 2200 laborer, among 10 governorates around Egypt, 3 days with 80 - 100 trainees for each event.
2- Hold 15 spiritual days in 2023 & 2024 for almost 1500 laborers and their wives, and presented a special Sunday school program for their kids, also distributed kids bible stories for almost 750 children.
3- Discipleship Program for laborers, who already attended our events in their villages for one year, includes discipleship books and all printed materials.
4- Hold 24 follow up meetings with leaders and coordinators.

· 2022 Achievements:
VFF has held 6 events as follows:
1- 2 events for Menia laborers.
2- 2 events for Assuit laborers.
3- 1 event for Sohag laborers.
4- 1 event for Cairo laborers.

· 2023 Achievements:
VFF has held 12 events and 12 meetings as follows:
1- 3 events for Cairo laborers.
2- 2 events for Alexandria laborers.
3- 1 event for Mallawy laborers.
4- 1 event for Menia laborers.
5- 1 event for Beni-Suief and Fayoum laborers
6- 1 event for Ismailia laborers.
7- 3 Spiritual days for laborers’ families.
8- 12 follow up meetings

· 2024 Achievements From Jan. till June:
VFF has held 22 events and 12 meetings as follows:
1- 2 events for Assuit laborers.
2- 1 event for Cairo laborers.
3- 1 event for Alexandria laborers.
4- 1 event for Tema laborers.
5- 3 Spiritual days for laborers’ families.

· 2024 Plan From July. till Dec.:
1. For the first time VFF will Hold a big event for Arab laborers In Jordan.
2. 1 event for Menia laborers.
3. 1 event for Sohag 2, laborers
4. . 1 event for Delta & Beni-Suief, laborers
5. 1 event for Cairo laborers
6. 5 Spiritual days for laborers’ families.
7. 1 follow up meeting in Cairo
8. Discipleship and follow up for all who have been served in the three years.

2nd phase Plan (2025 – 2027)
1- Hold 30 events (10 events per year) for almost 3000 laborer, among different governorates around Egypt, 3 days for each event.
2- Hold 36 spiritual days (12 days per year) for laborers and their wives, and presented a special Sunday school program for their kids.
3- Hold 6 events (2 events per year) outside Egypt for Egyptian laborers live in Arab countries such as Jordan, Emirates, and Saudi Arabia, Kuwait ….. etc. also provide spiritual days for their families in case of they have their family with them.
4- Hold 36 follow up meetings (12 meetings per year) with leaders and coordinators.
5- Discipleship Program for laborers, who already attended our events in their villages for one year, to be repeated every year for different groups includes discipleship books and all printed materials.
